What do you love about Eastern Christian School?
I love that EC is very welcoming. I’ve been here my whole life and have enjoyed the friends I’ve made along the way.
Describe one of your favorite teachers and tell why he/she is a favorite.
My favorite teacher is engaging and understanding in class. She never fails to meet the needs of the students and makes us feel welcomed and smart.
In what ways have you grown in your faith as a result of your experience at Eastern Christian School?
Throughout my years at Eastern Christian I’ve grow in my faith in ways I would’ve never believed. I’ve learned the best ways I experience God and more about how much He truly loves me. After many Bible classes and chapels over the years, I now know the importance of daily meditation with God.
At Eastern Christian we talk about an education that is “Engaging. Nurturing. Transforming.” How did you experience this kind of education at EC?
I experienced this education at EC through how accepting my teachers and peers are. There hasn’t been a time where I couldn’t get extra help from my teachers.
What opportunities did you experience at EC that you don’t think you would have gotten to experience anywhere else?
At EC I was able to get an education that was based on Christianity. I got to hear first hand the stories and testimonies of my teachers and their walk with Christ.
What would you say to a prospective student considering joining Eastern Christian School?
To enjoy high school and take all the opportunities you can.
