EC ranked as a #1 Top Workplace by NJ.com

Not only has NJ.com named Eastern Christian School a Top Workplaces 2024 award winner, but we ranked number 1 among medium sized companies (150-499 employees in the region). This is the sixth time EC has received a Top Workplaces award!

The list of winners is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey measures 15 drivers of a healthy organizational culture, including these top four:  Employees are clear about the future direction of the organization, feel genuinely appreciated, believe they are enabled to work at their full potential and find meaning in their work.
